A few days ago, the DHL company signed a contract with konica minolta company supply chain. DHL will begin from July this year, in the Japanese konica minolta to provide a full range of logistics service supply chain.
 
According to the contract, the DHL will be responsible for konica minolta all the logistics services in Japan, including providing end-to-end logistics planning, logistics design, on the basis of key performance indicators (KPI) of quality management, visualization, cost management, standardization work and fine service, in order to effectively manage diverse supply chain, to meet customer diversification requirements.
 
Through cooperation, konica minolta can optimize operation, reduce cost, restructuring of Japan's distribution network, improve the transportation efficiency, standardize work process, to establish a more effective management system.
