UPS International Express Operation Requirements
1. Requirements for the handover list
1. The content of the handover list includes transit channel, waybill number, express type, weight, number of pieces, destination country, payment method, etc.;
2. The requirements of the waybill: a copy of the consignment, clearly and detailedly filled in English words in block letters, non-English recipient addresses cannot be shipped;
3. Invoice requirements: The invoice must have a complete and detailed description of the product name, including the name, material and use, indicating the country of origin, the number of outer packaging, etc.

1. Fumigation certificate is required for export to the United States of wood packaging, logs exported to other regions or countries;
2. A letter of guarantee must be provided for all wooden or iron boxes (which cannot be easily opened).
3. Collection of additional fees
1. The following packages will incur an additional charge of RMB 40 per package;
A. Anything packaged in a metal or wooden shipping container;
B. Any cylindrical object such as a drum, drum, pail or tire that is not fully corrugated;
C. Any package whose longest side exceeds 152CM or whose second longest side exceeds 76CM;
D. The actual weight or volume of a single piece exceeds 32KG;
2. The following situations will incur an additional charge of RMB 388 per package;
A. The actual weight of a single piece exceeds 68KG;
B. One side exceeds 270CM;
C. length+(width+height)*2 exceeds 330CM;
3. For express shipments destined for remote areas, a remote area surcharge will be charged, the standard is RMB 3.5/KG, and the minimum charge per ticket is RMB 171. Fuel surcharges still need to be charged for surcharges in remote areas;
4. A handling fee of RMB 125/ticket will be charged for customs duties paid by the sender;
5. If the delivery address cannot be successfully delivered because the delivery address is P.O.BOX or the delivery address is incorrect, an additional fee of RMB 77 per item or RMB 273 per ticket will be incurred;
6. The sender pays the customs duties and charges a handling fee of RMB125/ticket.

1. The above quotations do not include the monthly fuel surcharge.
2. When the volumetric weight is greater than the actual weight, the volumetric weight shall be calculated. The calculation method is: lengthⅹwidthⅹheight (CM) & divide; 5000 = weight (KG); the length of each piece shall not exceed 1 length + 2 width + 2 height≥ 330CM, each box (piece) should not exceed 70KG.
3. The sending company must provide the commercial invoice of the item and indicate the Chinese and English name, quantity, and declared value. If not , our company will not be responsible for the delay, customs clearance, etc. caused.
4. The invoice provided by the sending company must be declared truthfully. If there is a false declaration and the goods are detained or delayed by the customs, our company is not responsible for it.
5. Our company does not accept dangerous goods, flammable goods and items restricted by the government.
6. Please pack the fragile products in good condition, otherwise our company will not be responsible for the broken products. If the goods are lost during the operation, the compensation shall be subject to the UPS compensation.
7. The price quoted does not include the customs duties of the destination port and the local government must levy taxes. (Please make sure that each shipping company must understand and provide the documents required by the government of each destination, so as to avoid delays in customs clearance, etc.)
8. Surcharge for remote areas, surcharge is RMB3 per kilogram or the minimum charge is RMB166, which is subject to the UPS rate table for remote areas.
